The people who saw post were surprised, to say the least. In response, Blizzard responded that the Redditor’s continued appeal of their decision to not issue a refund may result in severe penalties to their account, which includes account termination. By the looks of it, their initial request for a refund was turned down, which prompted to file more tickets. The Redditor posted some proof that they were not joking. They explained that they made the original ticket by highlighting the problems that have led them to ask for a refund, such as constant disconnections, progress rollback, and the infinite amount of time they had to wait to get inside the game. Redditor said that it is considered an offense now if you try to reopen your original ticket about two to three times. Apparently, the company is not giving any refunds and those who continue to pester Blizzard about it may likely get their accounts terminated. Unsurprisingly, some players have had enough and are asking for their money back. However, with the constant issues still affecting the remaster, many people have grown frustrated by Blizzard’s rather slow response to fix them.
